The Optimised Push Pull Legs Program is what I believe to be a much better-formulated program contrary to the traditional Push Pull Legs.
Having Pull & Legs sessions on back-to-back days will create lots of strain on your lower back and posterior chain... Leading to non-optimal pull and leg sessions and also the risk of potentially developing injuries in the long run. This happened to me.
So I've decided to formulate an in-depth optimised PPL program to remove this issue and structure your training in a way that reduces risk, increased physical performance, and consequently leading to FASTER gains.
I'm not too fond of the usual way programs are sold by other "fitness influencers" as most are literally spreadsheets with exercises, reps and sets... so I've created this program to include exercises, pictures (me performing the exercise), instructions, 'bro tips', set instructions, a tracker to track your progression + more so that you train more efficiently.
